Chain included with this collar is 3.5mm thick twisted link and 11 inches overall length, effective loop is 12 inches if the spring snap is fitted lengthwise.
Choker style collar, beware if you hang out with rude people (unless you like that sort of attention)

These collars will adjust a maximum approximately 5 inches, generally about 3 inches smaller when the chain is pulled. Since the spring snap has some weight to it, it will keep the chain dangling in a triangle shape when slack. The only two ways to make the collar bigger or smaller are to either remake the primary strap, or use a longer chain.
